Cupping
Cupping is a non-invading, regulating therapy which, based on
natural laws, promotes self healing.
Historical background: The first historical evidence of the medical
treatment was found in a medical report from Mesopotamia 3300 years
BC. Similar reports were found later in Greece. The coup was known
as the symbol of medicine which proves that this therapy was well
used. Hippocrates- Father of Medicine (400BC) gave complete
instruction on cupping. Cupping has been called "Vacuum drawing
Blood method" in Japan; "cup method" in France, "Congestion method"
in former USSR and "Horn method" Still used in African mainland. In
the old days all hollow objects were used for cupping for egpumpkins
in Africa, bamboo pipes in India, cow horns in the Germanic
countries.
